At H&W we take allergens and intolerances very seriously and provide detailed information for our guests to enable them to make informed decisions. Our allergen information can be found here
For guests who are unsure of how to describe their condition we have set out some helpful definitions below…

What will we do once you have notified us of your dietary requirements?
We will always ask you to review our allergen data via either a tablet which we will bring to you, or via the QR code on our menu.
If you have an allergy, given the risk posed by anaphylaxis, we won’t be able to make changes to any of our dishes unless they are on our approved modifications list, a copy of which can be provided to you in house. You are still welcome to choose anything from our menu but we cannot take responsibility for changing a dish if we are aware that you have an allergy
If you have an intolerance you are welcome to request changes to a dish, the Duty Manager may just confirm with you that you are happy with your choice and are aware of any risks this may present
If you have coeliac disease we won’t make changes to any of our dishes unless they are on our approved modifications list, a copy of which can be provided to you in house. You are still welcome to choose anything from our menu but we cannot take responsibility for changing a dish if we are aware that you have coeliac disease.
